Community Resources

We would like to share the following LAUSD food assistance resources to support families who may be impacted by disruptions to SNAP benefits.

Under California’s Universal Meals Policy, every student is entitled to one free breakfast and one free lunch daily. In addition, supper meals are available to all LAUSD students ages 1–18 at dismissal time, and community children within the same age range may also receive a supper meal at participating sites. Supper programs operate Monday through Friday at most district schools.
