Athletics Clearance: Great Gaucho Participation!
In order to be a Gaucho Scholar Athlete you need to complete the 3 following step!
- Sign up on Home Campus to complete athletic forms. Home Campus will open the 2nd week of July 2023! Stay tuned to Narbonneathletics on IG for parent guardian help support drop in sessions if you need in person assistance in creating an account or completing the official CIF documents online.
If you are a currently uncleared Gaucho athlete, this includes (future Freshman), or a returning Guacho that is a first time athlete you will need to have a paper emergency card, and completed physical in order to participate in Summer 2023 Great Gaucho out of season assessment sessions. Paper packets of these documents are available in the Narbonne main office and linked here.

- Athletic Forms - Fill out the required athletic department forms on HomeCampus.com. (Make sure to fill out all sections. The forms included are: Emergency Card, Parent Consent Form, Insurance Certificate Risk and Consent, Code of Conduct, Steroid Prohibition, Concussion Form, Sudden, Cardiac Arrest Form, Trip Permission Slip, Anti Bully/Hazing Contract, Publicity, Authorization and Release Form, Out of Season Liability Advisory, and Athletic Uniform Contract. - Have a 2.0 or above GPA.
- Physicals : Below are the required forms for sports in LAUSD. They also are always available in paper form in the main office, AD Col. Coe's office and in AP Hollingsworth's office. Other clinic options listed at

- Once completed these forms will be turned into the nurse and upload a copy to the athletic clearance website. Also, retain a copy for your records.
- Your physical will be cleared by the school nurse to prior to participation.
- Your Great Gaucho Head Coach will assist with these steps at all initial assessment meetings!
- Have a copy of your insurance card! WAIT FOR APPROVAL FROM YOUR COACH AND GET READY TO PLAY! If you need assistance with insurance please reach out to AP Hollingsworth and AD Col. Coe.
