At Narbonne, the BSAP Team is committed to supporting and elevating Black students to attain the goals set forth for them in the BSAP Mantra. Our team consists of one Administrator, one Coordinator, two School Climate Advisors, a Psychiatric Social Worker, one Academic Counselor, and a Restorative Justice Advisor.

To create an environment that holds and maintains a safe space to empower Black students to attain high achievement, high academic performance, achieve social-emotional awareness, and positive cultural identity through mentorship, exposure to authentic and diverse representations of blackness, and stressing the importance of reaching back.
